Below you will find links to the latest information about transport to McAuley. Please take time to have a read about any chances. There are a number of useful links within the documents to help you plan your route.

We are really looking forward to seeing Y6 children and their parents and carers face to face on Thursday.

We want to share our approach to further mitigate the risk of transmission, and help to protect our staff and students.

We will be limiting the number of attendees at each presentation. You can book tickets for one of two presentations via the link below.

  • We politely ask that you arrive at McAuley, no earlier than ten minutes prior to the presentation that you have booked on to and to remain outside.
  • we would also like to recommend the following:
  • Face coverings for those over the age of 12 would be appreciated (unless of course there is a health reason that means you can’t wear one).
  • Use common sense and avoid rooms which are busy returning when they are quieter.
  • Windows and doors will be open to aid ventilation.
  • Lateral Flow Tests can be obtained online or at a local pharmacy. Testing prior to Open Evening could assist in keeping others safe.
  • There will be regular opportunities for hand sanitising, and we recommend these are used throughout the visit.
  • Anyone displaying symptoms of Covid-19, or anyone who has been instructed to self-isolate, must not attend our Open Evening.
  • We appreciate your understanding and co-operation with these recommendations and together we can help to keep you and our community safe.
